- For Cash on delivery (COD) you must pay the shipping costs in advance as your order confirmation.
- For Promotional products, you have to pay full money in advance.

- Any geeoo.com.bd Staff would not ask you to pay to another account. Don’t transactions without verifying.
- Geeoo.com.bd will not respond to any invalid or wrong transactions made by you.
- Geeoo.com.bd will offer you many promotional offers/Campaigns.
- We reserve the right to change, Modify or Discontinue offers at any time.
- No Price Protection will be given to you for Promotional offers. (Ex – If you confirm a buy order for a Product from geeoo.com.bd on 28th August. On 29th August Geeoo.com.bd will give a promotional offer on the same product. Then you will not eligible for the promotional offer/Campaign.)
- On our Products, we don’t provide any Consumer Warranty or Guaranty. So we have no return policy.
- In Case you found a faulty product at the time of unboxing then we will take care of it. But you should contact us immediately otherwise it will count as a used product and not be returnable.
- You completely agree with our return policy. And we have all power to make any decision. Our decision will be final to return any item.
- If you order from geeoo.com.bd and payment didn’t make within 3 days (Without COD). The order will be auto-cancel.
- For COD you must pay the shipping cost within 3 days otherwise the order will be auto-cancel.
- For the COD case if you didn’t receive the product then the order will be auto-cancel and the Shipping cost will be Non-refundable.
- If in any case you want to cancel the order before Payment By Contact us.
- We all have to obey and respect our Bangladeshi act section 5(2) of the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006.
- It is fully your responsibility to maintain the rule from your end.

The orders are subject to the availability of stock. If there is any problem with stock then the order can be cancelled at any time, irrespective of any duration.
- After Order Confirmation, it can take up to 10 days maximum.
- For Bulk orders, on depending stock quantity and order size it can take up to 60 days from the confirmation date.
- Geeoo.com.bd will not respond to any delay that occurs from the courier/Shipping side.
- For Faulty products, we will refund you within 7 workings days after the faulty product is received.
- In general, we don’t have a warranty policy. But If any product has its own warranty policy then we will support it.
- Geeoo.com.bd will provide a time farm warranty card with the product.
- For warranty, you must have to submit the warranty card with the product.
- In case of a warranty, you have to submit all the accessories with the product. like – box, manual, charger cable, etc.
- If the warranty product doesn’t meet the requirements then it will not count as a warranty product.
- It will not count as a warranty for a fire case, Water case, Brocken, One part of the product is missing, Discoloured, etc.
